Problems of Anti-Crisis Management of the Enterprise

Abstract

The problem of anti-crisis management in the Kazakhstan enterprise is important and actual today.
Kazakhstan is rich in minerals and has great opportunities to participate in entrepreneurship. But companies can`t
cope with inefficient management.
The risks associated with the loss of enterprise value, cost management and inefficient costs are considered.
Much attention is paid to the factors of the crisis.
The article examines the stages of crisis management, the state of crisis and the main strategies for overcoming
the crisis, as well as ways to reduce risks in the context of risk and economic development.
