PUBLICATION POLICY OF THE JOURNAL
“ECONOMIC SERIES OF THE BULLETIN OF L.N.GUMILYOV EURASIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY"
The purpose of the journal is to publish carefully selected original scientific papers in all areas of Economic Sciences.
Thematic area: Publication of materials on scientific issues in all areas of economics (economic theory, economics and entrepreneurship, management, finance, accounting and audit, analysis, state audit, tourism).
Оbjectives of the journal:
˗ organization of a platform for an open discussion for the exchange of scientific opinions, proposals and experience, contributing to the improvement of the quality of examination of scientific papers and thesis;
˗ providing the domestic and foreign scientific community with the opportunity to publish theoretically and practically significant scientific papers and the results of scientific research for the qualitative development of Economic Sciences.
˗ expanding the possibility of distributing and indexing published scientific papers in various main domestic and foreign citation bases.
˗ involvement in the professional community and assistance to young researchers in improving the quality of their papers.
The journal is intended for domestic and foreign researchers, teachers, young scientists, practitioners interested in current issues in the field of Economic Sciences.
Publication languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.
Frequency: 4 times per year.
ECONOMIC Series of the BULLETIN of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. is an open access journal, which means that all of its content is freely available without charge to any user, be it an individual or a representative of an organization (Creative Commons Attribution License (CCBY-NC 4.0) license). Users are allowed to read, download, distribute, copy, print, search, or link to the full texts of the papers, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. The author (s) grants the publisher of the journal a free right to publish the article and place it in the public domain on the Internet.
The editors adhere to these rules in accordance with the guidelines of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (2002).
Archiving.
The journal's publishing system has set up electronic backup and preservation of access to the contents of its journals through the LOCKSS system network. In accordance with article 16 "Mandatory copies of periodicals and storage of materials of television and radio programs" of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Mass Media" dated July 23, 1999 No. 451-I: Mandatory copies of the journal are sent by the owner of the media to National libraries, The National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Electronic versions are presented in: JSC NCGNTE Foundation for the Electronic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan; scientific electronic library Elibrary.ru; Cyberlanguage of the Open Access Scientific Electronic Library (Open Access); and journal is involved into the CrossRef Cited-by linking program. Printed versions of the journal are sent to libraries of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries.
The journal's policy allows authors to store their publications in institutional or other repositories of their choice.
Publication conditions. All received by the Editorial Office of the journal “Economic Series of the Bulletin of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU" , manuscripts undergo obligatory anonymous (two-sided blind) peer review (see also Article Review Procedure). Based on the received reviews, the editorial board of the journal makes the final decision.
