PUBLICATION POLICY OF THE JOURNAL

“ECONOMIC SERIES OF THE BULLETIN OF L.N.GUMILYOV EURASIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY"

Purpose of the journal

Publication of carefully selected original scientific works in all areas of theoretical and applied research in the field of economic sciences.

Thematic area

economics (economic theory, economics and entrepreneurship, management, finance, accounting and audit, analysis, state audit, tourism).

Objectives of the journal:

  • providing an opportunity to publish the results of research on topical problems in the field of economics;
  • introduction of world standards of scientific publications through the involvement of leading scientists, specialists in the relevant fields of knowledge in the review process;
  • increasing the rating of a scientific publication in domestic and foreign specialized databases;
  • enrichment of domestic and world science with new ideas, regardless of geographical and institutional frameworks;
  • development of the journal as an open access scientific publication;
  • expansion of the journal's presence in international databases and open electronic resources;
  • accessibility of the journal for foreign readers - publication of an extended presentation of the essence of the study in English (Abstract), keywords (Keywords) and duplication of the list of references in the Latin alphabet (References).

4 times a year.

Open Access Policy.

The implementation of the policy of scientific publication is carried out in accordance with the main principle - free open access to research results contributes to the increase in universal knowledge.

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Archiving.

For the formation of the fund and inclusion in the electronic library, electronic versions of the scientific journal are provided to NCSTE JSC. The journal archives materials in Elibrary.ru, EBSCO.

The Editorial Board of the Bulletin of L. Gumilyov ENU does not prevent its authors from posting published materials on third-party repositories

Conditions of publication.

All manuscripts submitted to the Editorial Board of the journal "Bulletin of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University" must meet the technical and other requirements of the journal and undergo an anonymous (double-blind) review  by two independent reviewers  who are not members of the Editorial Boardwho have a Ph.D., Doctor of Science or PhD degree with a scientific specialization closest to the topic of the article, who are specialists in the subject of peer-reviewed articles who have made a significant contribution to the development of the relevant field of knowledge. Based on the reviews received, the editorial board of the journal makes a final decision in accordance with the decision criteria: accept – the manuscript is accepted without edits, or with a minimum of revisions; accept with minor revisions – the manuscript is accepted taking into account minor amendments; reject – the manuscript is unsuitable for publication.

Foreign authors (without co-authors from the Republic of Kazakhstan) can publish articles free of charge.

Licensing.

The scientific journal "Bulletin of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University" provides direct open access to its content free of charge under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. Authors retain their copyright, have the opportunity to freely copy, distribute the material, provided that the authorship of the work is indicated and a link to this journal is indicated.
