State management of water resources in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

Annotation. The purpose of this scientific article is to study the problem of optimizing the use of water resources in agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of public administration in a global situation, as well as to provide practical recommendations and solutions based on scientific research. The need to improve the efficiency of water resources use is closely related to the possibility of long-term development of domestic agriculture. Solving the problem of increasing the efficiency of water resources use in public administration implies, first of all, the need for further improvement of water distribution schemes and mechanisms for regulating the use of water resources in agriculture, various sectors of the economy, including in water-intensive industries and sectors. The article discusses aspects of public management of rational use of water resources in the field of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The methods of scientific research are the results of economic and statistical, predictive calculations, scientific analysis and synthesis in order to solve the problems of optimal water supply to the national economic needs of the country, etc. – the degree of development of this topic in the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists and economists on water use in the agricultural sector of the national economy is investigated. In conclusion, the authors consider it necessary to develop effective mechanisms for state support of water use in the agricultural sector of the economy. To optimally solve these problems, which are strategically relevant, it is necessary to develop public-private partnerships in effective water use, strengthen the training of highly qualified personnel in the field of agriculture, capable of implementing new knowledge in the field of water use, modern innovative projects.
