This article systematically presents the theoretical views of scientists on how
to assess the competitiveness of organizations, products, goods and services. The calculation of
the level of competitiveness of some insurance organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Evaluation of competitive positions revealed the competitive advantages of each of the companies.
The conditions and factors affecting the level of competitiveness of the studied insurance
organization are determined.
Developed recommendations for ensuring competitive advantages of IC «Nomad Insurance»
to increase their competitiveness in the insurance market. A little attention is paid to the issue
of digitalization of Kazakhstan as an important moment of the competitiveness of insurance
organizations. Some digital technologies that can be used by insurance organizations to enhance
customer focus and gain competitive position in the market.
