Abstract

Risk management in payment systems is an important aspect of the financial
system of the country. Assessment of financial and operational risk management activities at all
levels of the payment system is an important part of this process. At the same time, the development
of information technologies poses a threat to the growth of risks associated with electronic money.
At the same time, it is necessary to monitor the financial and operational risks associated with
payments and the circulation of electronic money on the part of the state.
