The global pandemic, which has engulfed the whole world, threatens the success of health and education. This topic is becoming increasingly relevant as the pandemic threatens decades of progress in human capital, including improved health, survival, school attendance and reduced stunting. The aim of the study is to assess the impact of the pandemic on human capital development in the country through a survey. The study assessed the impact of quantitative and qualitative measures of human capital development on economic development in a pandemic environment. A one-factor analysis of variance method was used to analyse the results of the survey. The results can be useful in health and education policy-making and investment planning for post-crisis recovery.
