Human capital as an important benchmark for the development of Kazakhstan’s economy

the Beginning of the XXI century is marked by the beginning of a new round of modern
economy – the transformation and transition from the traditional economy to the information economy.
The fundamental engine of the new economy is a synthesis of science and innovation and the education
system, the productive resource is human capital. In recent years, the world economy has seen a change in
the structure of total capital, associated with the dominance of human capital in the structure of national
wealth. Thus, the level of human capital development of the country is a measure of the competitiveness
of the entire economy. Increasing the level of human capital in Kazakhstan will reduce the gap from the
developed countries of the world, improve the competitiveness of the domestic economy.
