Abstract

In modern conditions, one of the main tasks facing the state is to improve the system of higher education, to reboot it. It is necessary to build up human capital, increase the level of competitiveness of graduates of Kazakh universities, meet the needs of modern society in high-quality educational services, create all the necessary conditions for the realization of their intellectual and creative potential. In this regard, the article examines the issues of effective distribution of state educational orders, analyzes the current rules for the distribution of state orders for the training of personnel with higher education, and offers some recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the process of distributing educational orders.
