In modern conditions, in connection with the rapid development of the Internet, the use of Internet
marketing tools has a significant role for hotel enterprises in their marketing activities. In this regard, this article aims
to identify the most important, key areas for the development of an integrated Internet marketing system that provides
effective promotion of hotel services in the market.
The article defines the essence, and characteristic features of the complex system of Internet marketing as an integral
part of the integrated marketing communications of the hotel enterprise. The characteristics of Internet marketing
tools are given, as well as the main trends in the use of these tools in the process of marketing activities to promote
hotel services in the market. On the basis of the analysis, the most important areas for the formation of an effective
integrated system of Internet marketing in the marketing activities of hotel enterprises have been identified.
Theoretical value of the work is seen in the fact that the main characteristics of an effective integrated system of
Internet marketing of hotel enterprises have been determined. Practical value lies in the possibility of using domestic
