Topical issues of the management of innovation economy of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The relevance of the author’s research is related to the fact that the dynamic development of the
innovation sphere is one of the main components of the innovative economy. In this regard, the high-tech economy
assumes the existence of an effective innovation system and the creation of institutions to support the innovation
process. It is shown that innovative processes in Kazakhstan are not so much market mechanisms but as a purposeful
state policy; it is the state that can have a decisive influence on the formation of a national system of institutions
that is adequate to the requirements of creating a new economy. The author of the article considered topical issues
of the management of the national economy within the framework of the economic development of the Republic of
Kazakhstan.
As part of research, the management mechanisms and approaches to support the innovative processes were
considered. The author also examined the topical issues of the introduction of the state programs of the innovative
economy of Kazakhstan.
