One of the main mechanisms for the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic
of Kazakhstan is public-private partnership (PPP). Through mutually beneficial partnership of development
institutions and entrepreneurs in various sectors of the economy, it is possible to develop the competitiveness of
the Republic of Kazakhstan and improve the socio-economic situation of the population.
In addition, the authors considered the main tasks and goals of entrepreneurs and development institutions,
developed organizational and economic mechanisms for cooperation.
There is presented a concrete evidence that the partnership of the state and entrepreneurship has a positive
impact on the economic development of the country.
Conceptually, it is shown that within the framework of public-private partnership, each individual form
of communication has its own characteristics, in particular, an individual approach to each contact on private
property issues is necessary.
There were recently reviewed the state programs adopted and implemented in the Republic of Kazakhstan
and a number of regulatory documents In order to support the activities of innovative development of
entrepreneurship.
As a result of the study of the authors, there are identified new mechanisms and directions of the process of
innovative development of entrepreneurship on the basis of the relationship between the state and the business
partnership.
