Economic bases of technical equipment upgrading in the agro-industrial complex

Abstract

This article focuses on the main aspects of the agro-industrial complex in the country’s
economy, the purpose of which is to argue the prospects of the industry in the vector of export orientation
and analysis of the technical equipment condition in the republic and Kostanay region. In the article
addresses the issues of implementation the State Program Development of the agro-industrial complex in
2017-2021 year, the extended use of existing vehicles, the unfocused way of bank lending, the purchase
of agricultural machinery and the state of technical equipment in terms of types of equipment. Renewal
of the agricultural machinery park is the key issue of turning agriculture into a driver of the entire country
economy. In the table the author has clear demonstrated stunting decline level in the renewal of machinery
over the past five years, the results of the sales structure of agricultural machinery and tests on imported
equipment, represented at the local market are presented. Links to the company «AgromashHoldingKZ»,
the Belarusian company «Gomselmash», the company «CLAAS» are provided. The review concluded that
it is important to increase the level of technical equipment of agriculture and recommendations are given.
