Improving the organization of occupational safety and health at work

The article discusses the issues of occupational safety at work, which reveal the role and importance of occupational safety both at the enterprise level and at the state level. In the course of the study, the factors influencing the safety and labor protection at the manufacturing enterprise were identified, which showed the need to establish a close relationship between the state, enterprises and employees. The issues of occupational injuries were also studied, the analysis of statistical data was carried out, which showed the presence of hidden injuries, which increases the occurrence of risks in relation to the health of workers and economic losses. Based on the results of the study, recommendations are given on improving the organization of occupational safety and health at work, reducing the level of "hidden injuries" and combining the regulatory framework in the field of occupational safety.
