Publication fee

Dear Authors,
As of January 1 of the current year, the price list for other paid services of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company) has been updated.
The cost of one article accepted for publication by the journal’s editorial board is 60,000 tenge.
In addition, upon registration and submission of an article in the journal’s system, authors are required to pay a fee of 12,000 tenge (amounting to 20% of the total publication cost) to cover the publisher’s expenses related to the purchase of a licensed plagiarism detection system, as well as remuneration for reviewers and the journal’s editorial staff.
In the event that an article is rejected by the journal’s editorial board, the paid fee is non-refundable.
If an article is resubmitted after revision based on the results of compliance with the journal’s formal requirements and the peer review process, authors are required to again pay 20% of the article’s cost

Foreign authors (without co-authors from the Republic of Kazakhstan) can publish articles free of charge.

3) Payment for articles can be made through the Kaspi.kz app or QR. Open the Kaspi.kz mobile app.

In the app you need to select "Payments", then "Education", then "Universities and colleges", then select the name of the university. Next, you specify the type of payment - "articles and publications" -> Additional education -> Select an organization (ENU Bulletin) In the line "Course" you must write the payment for the article in the “Economic Series of the Bulletin of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU"  and indicate the number of the journal in which it is planned to publish the article (for example, "1(138)/2022"; in the line STUDENT's name it is necessary to indicate the name of the author(s) of the article; in the line STUDENT's IIN the IIN of the payer (cardholder, through which payment is made) is indicated.
