The modern approach to the system of search and selection of personnel in the tourism industry of Kazakhstan

At present, when international tourism is undergoing not the best period of its history, problems
related to the optimization of the processes of training specialists, their qualifications, search, recruitment in
the human capital management system, as the basis for the provision of high-quality tourist services, come to
the fore. In this article, the authors provide an analysis of the human resource management system with the
identification of structural subsystems and the formation of clear directions in modern research in this area, as
well as identify specific directions for the development of personnel management in the tourism industry. In the
course of the research, the authors studied and systematized the methods of search and selection of personnel
characteristic of the tourism industry in the conditions of modern resources and trends. Based on the survey
conducted among specialists of the tourism industry, priority directions in the development of the search and
recruitment system were identified, as a result of the data obtained, as well as in the process of professional
activity in the field of tourism and education, the authors developed a modern model of search and recruitment,
which represents a comprehensive, qualitative and systematic approach. This model allowed us to determine
the directions of further research and development in the human resource management structure to optimize
the integrated approach of personnel search and selection, considering the most important elements, such as
education, qualifications, work experience, etc., which will improve the quality of personnel and simplify the
process of personnel search for tourism industry enterprises.
