Research of the State of service activity of the boarding house

Abstract

The process of improving service activities in boarding houses is relevant and requires
study.
Researches of the state of service activity will allow determining the reasons hindering its development
and increasing its efficiency. The researches were carried out in two stages, the most significant indicators
in the service activities of the boarding house were initially determined, at the second stage the assessment
of service indicators was found in the boarding house «Moyildy». The results of the research provided an
understanding of the fact that the boarding house needs to be drawn to a number of indicators, such as the
speed of maintenance and the sanitary condition of the boarding house. In general, these research results
provide an opportunity to determine the trajectory of service development in a boarding house.
