In the conditions of market economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, particular importance is given to
the practical application of modern forms of personnel management, which allow increasing the social and economic
efficiency of any production. The success of the enterprise in this service sector is provided by 99% of personnel.
The main goal of personnel management is to form, develop and realize with the greatest efficiency the intellectual
resources of the organization, its human capital.
Dozens of new companies providing accommodation services annually appear on the hotel market of the Republic
of Kazakhstan. The level of service at the hospitality industry enterprises directly depends on the level of training and
practical experience of the personnel, therefore for the sustainable development of hotel enterprises it is necessary to
form an effective system of personnel management.
The article highlights the main factors affecting the competitiveness of the hotel enterprise, one of which is the
process of staffing. In the modern system of personnel management, the main role is assigned to the employee’s
personality, knowledge of motivational attitudes, the ability to form them and guide the actions of employees in
accordance with the goals and tasks facing the organization. Of great importance in this case is the presence of a
developed corporate culture, which increases the loyalty of consumers to the hotel complex.
The modern formation of the personnel management system of the hotel complex is necessary in a market
economy and determines the relevance of considering a wide range of issues from recruitment, adaptation, training to
career development (employee advancement).
The theoretical value of the work lies in the fact that without competent management of human resources, the
hotel enterprise can not be effectively developed. Practical value lies in the possibility of using domestic hotels
recommendations developed in this article.
