Abstract

Nowadays ethno-tourism provides economic and cultural development and helps to
preserve the historical heritage in the various countries of the world. Ethnotourism as a sector of tourism
promotes culture, traditions, languages and has a positive impact on the country’s economy. This article
discusses the scientific and theoretical foundations of ethno-tourism in foreign countries and emphasizes
the importance of a comprehensive study of theoretical and methodological approaches in the formation of
ethno-tourism and its conceptual foundations.
