Modernization of education system funding: investments in the future

Abstract

The issues of education development are among the priorities of the economic and budgetary policy of the state. One of the most important issues is the optimization of financial resources directed to the education system of Kazakhstan, its efficiency and effectiveness.

The article is based on an analysis of changes in the financial management of educational institutions, which is one of the goals of reforming the education system in Kazakhstan. The task of improving financial management is to increase the competitiveness of educational institutions, improve financial reporting, use modern methods of financial analysis and management. The study focuses on transparency and digitalization of financing and changes based on foreign experience in financing the education system in Kazakhstan. The results of the study can be used in the development of programs to improve the efficiency of the use of budgetary funds in the social environment.
