The influence of the economy on the dynamics of indicators of the regional socio-economic development of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article substantiates the influence of the uderground economy on the dynamics of aggregated
indicators of regional social and economic development in Kazakhstan. It has been proved that under the conditions
of the subjects of economic relations primarily performing the functions of institutional innovation, mesoeconomic
indicators are characterized by positive dynamics (decrease in the unemployment rate, capital inflow, increase in
aggregate expenditures, etc.), in conditions of subjects of underground economic relations primarily functions of
institutional competition and conservation of mesoeconomic indicators are characterized by a downward trend
(increased interregional differentials the outflow of highly skilled workers, the reduction of private investment, the
reduction of budget revenues, etc.). Also, the economy slows down the growth of the state’s economic development
(for example, GDP decreases, unemployment grows, etc.). This determines the need for lawful and public management
on the basis of increasing quality and its orientation to the legalization of informal institutions.
