The article considers the competitiveness of insurance services as a product of the insurance market.
The competitiveness of the insurance service is determined by comparing the price of the service, its quality, and
the level of service provided to it by the consumer. The article focuses on the life cycle of an insurance product,
which allows insurance companies to meet the needs of customers in insurance protection and improve the
quality of services provided in highly competitive conditions.
The purpose of the study is to systematize information to determine the elements of the competitiveness
of the insurance product. Based on the conducted study, the author showed how to improve the quality of
insurance products so that they could be attractive to consumers, and insurance companies could make a profit
being highly rated in the market.
