Abstract

This article reviews the development of promotion of tourism services via mobile communications
and the Internet. The experience of Estonia, which is the first country implementing e-residency in the world, was
explored, and the «E-resident» program is launched and thus optimizes access to tourists from abroad. To finalize the portal «Kazakhstan.travel» in terms of functionality: - tо develop a function of online purchase and booking of
tickets for the upcoming events, accommodation, places of food; - to develop a function that allows tourists and other
citizens to use the service through the portal to leave a review. In turn, this will provide an opportunity to monitor the
activities of organizations providing services in the field of tourism, and choose the best to promote or assist them in
the future. Innovative ecosystems in the state program «Digital Kazakhstan».
