Innovative approaches to food price regulation

In modern conditions of the national economy development, the state pays considerable attention
to the socio-economic sphere, which determines the participation of most of the segmented market. In this
regard, the authors of the article have studied the topical issues of the validity of the use of innovative methods
of regulating food prices. The article considers the nature of the price formation and the effectiveness of the
selling price of the goods. The essence of the methods of forming prices for food products is revealed. An
analytical assessment of the pricing policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan is given and the reasons for the rise in
prices for food products are identified. The authors of the article provide the results of monitoring food prices
on food markets. An economic analysis of methods and mechanisms for regulating the prices of food products
in foreign countries has been carried out. According to the results of the study, there were made corresponding
conclusions.
